We swapped the fan for a new, presumably better, fan that ran noticeably faster ... but continued to get the same result. So, I believe some permissive in the fan control circuit was reset when I pulled the battery cable. I took the vehicle out for a ride to duplicate the issue. I did not reappear. I took it to the dealer on 1/18/2024.
